NDIS CHALLENGES AND HOW WE CAN HELP

Our mission is to improve the lives of the participants. We have been working closely with several key providers for the past 6 years developing participant-focused design IP and construction methodologies.

During this time, we have also been exposed to the real-world challenges faced by participants and service providers alike – We believe a lot of these issues can be alleviated through smart design and a thoughtful approach to construction and planning, all whilst achieving positive outcomes for potential investors.

  • Disability is not limited to certain suburbs. Under the current NDIS-SDA funding model, inner-city postcodes where land prices are less affordable are generally under-serviced. We have developed unique development models that address these concerns and ensure families have the choice to live where they want.

  • Legacy housing stock is often inappropriate – strategic consolidation and/ or rectification work can significantly improve the lives of participants.

  • NDIS Property Management – Well managed properties minimise the disruption to participants and increase occupancy and return for investors.

  • Coordinating various stakeholders – Understanding where to start with an SDA development can be daunting. Our extensive network of providers and industry stakeholders makes this process simple and reduces speculative risk by providing clarity on demand.
