During construction management projects, the client is responsible for the design development, while SolutionsWon Group will manage the tender process and administer the contracts for construction on behalf of the client.

This is broadly applied to the relocation strategy for clients and primarily focused on staff retention, staff involvement and assisting the business with the move.

SolutionsWon Group, in conjunction with the client’s relocation team, HR Department and company leadership teams, work to make the transition as seamless as possible following the completion of the tenancy construction and fitout, which includes the physical relocation of all IT and office equipment.
